Pracuję 1 na 1. Bez agencji, bez juniorów do przekazania, bez prezentacji slajdów. Patrzę w te same arkusze, które patrzysz, i pomagam je zamienić w decyzje.

I work 1-on-1. No agency layer, no juniors to pass it down to, no slide decks. I look at the same spreadsheets you look at, and help turn them into decisions.

Je travaille en tête-à-tête. Pas d'agence intermédiaire, pas de juniors à qui transmettre le travail, pas de présentations PowerPoint. Je regarde les mêmes feuilles de calcul que vous, et j'aide à les transformer en décisions.

Wybieram firmy, w których mogę naprawdę coś przesunąć. Founderów, którzy wiedzą czego chcą, i zespoły, które chcą się tym zająć dłużej niż jeden kwartał. Nie biorę projektów, w których jestem trzecim doradcą tego samego problemu.

I pick companies where I can actually move things. Founders who know what they want, teams ready to own the work beyond one quarter. I don't take projects where I'd be the third consultant on the same problem.

Je choisis des entreprises où je peux réellement faire avancer les choses. Des fondateurs qui savent ce qu'ils veulent, et des équipes prêtes à porter le travail au-delà d'un trimestre. Je n'accepte pas les projets où je serais le troisième consultant sur le même problème.
